Shipping and Delivery

1. Service Coverage

We offer delivery services across pan-India, including urban, semi-urban, and select rural locations.
Our operations cover both standard and express delivery options, depending on the customer’s location and selected service level.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24 working hours.

  • Orders received after 5:00 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Processing includes service verification, packaging (if applicable), and pickup arrangements.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days.

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days.

Please note that actual delivery timelines may vary based on the destination pin code, service type, and local logistical conditions.


4. Delivery Partners

PAS Enterprises works with a network of verified delivery partners and courier associates to ensure safe and timely shipments. Each delivery is assigned a tracking ID, which is shared via email or SMS upon dispatch.

Customers can use this tracking ID on www.pasglobalenterprises.com to monitor shipment status in real-time.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made to the shipping address provided.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, the package will be marked as undeliverable and returned to our nearest hub.

  • Customers may be contacted via phone or email before or during delivery to confirm availability.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable.

  • Express Delivery (optional) charges vary based on distance and weight and will be displayed at checkout.

All shipping charges are inclusive of applicable GST.


7. Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions

  • Political unrest or strikes

  • Public holidays or lockdown restrictions

  • Operational delays by third-party logistics providers

In such cases, PAS Enterprises will not be held liable for delays but will make all reasonable efforts to keep the customer informed and complete the delivery.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • All packages are securely sealed and handled with care.

  • If a shipment arrives damaged, tampered, or is lost, customers must report it within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.

  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as per our Return and Refund Policy.


9. Change of Delivery Address

  • Delivery address changes can be requested before the order is dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, address changes are not possible, and redirection requests are subject to additional charges (if feasible).
