Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellation by Customer
Time Limit: Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order or before the service is dispatched or initiated, whichever occurs first.
How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team by calling 8178260099 or emailing us at pasenterprises21@gmail.com with your order ID or tracking number.
Eligibility: Cancellations will only be accepted if the service has not been processed, assigned, or dispatched. If the service has already begun, cancellation requests may not be honored.
2. Order Cancellation by PAS Enterprises
PAS Enterprises reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
The requested service is unavailable or temporarily suspended.
Incomplete, incorrect, or invalid information is provided by the customer.
The order is found to be duplicate or suspicious in nature.
Operational challenges or unavoidable circumstances arise, including natural disasters or regulatory restrictions.
In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method without any deductions.
3. Refund Timeline
If a cancellation is approved:
Refunds will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days.
The amount will be credited to the same bank account, UPI, or card used at the time of payment.
PAS Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or the customer’s banking institution.
4. Non-Cancellable Services
The following services are non-cancellable once confirmed:
Express courier pickups already scheduled or dispatched.
Customized service orders or special delivery requests.
Any service that requires regulatory approvals or third-party involvement after confirmation.
These services are executed on priority and cannot be halted once the process has been initiated.
